Abstract

Após o triunfo da Revolução Francesa, a liberdade, a honra, a propriedade e
a vida foram proclamadas como direitos fundamentais do homem, inalienáveis e
imprescritíveis, passando tais direitos individuais a constituir permanente fonte de
restrições ao poder de organização do Estado.
