A IMPRESCINDIBILIDADE DO ADVOGADO NA ADMINISTRAÇÃO DE EMPRESA

Abstract

A Constituição Federal completou no último sábado, dia 05 de outubro, 25 anos, e quando entrou em vigor trouxe uma alegria especial à classe dos advogados, com a garantia constitucional de imprescindibilidade dos advogados à administração da justiça, conforme se observa no artigo 133 de nossa Constituição cidadã.
