Em qualquer país onde os ideais democráticos preponderam, a tributação objetiva retirar parcela de riqueza de uns, mais abonados, a fim de concentrando-a no Estado, reparti-la em seguida aos menos abonados.

diversas obras jurídicas, professor universitário e advogado em Jundiaí.
